Ventrr turns a raw startup into an evidence-backed file — deterministic financials you can check by hand, market intelligence with a source on every claim, and a fundability score that tells you what to fix first.
The Room
The deck lands. The story works. Then someone stops looking at the slides, leans forward, and asks the thing you were hoping they wouldn’t — and the meeting stops being about your vision and starts being about your arithmetic.
Where did that conversion rate come from?
What's your CAC payback, in months?
Is that market number top-down or bottom-up?
Who else tried this, and why did they stop?
If churn doubles, when do you run out of cash?
Which of these figures did you actually derive?
Not one of these is unfair.
Every one of them is answerable — before you walk in.
The Engine
No language model touches your financials. Ventrr’s engine is deterministic arithmetic — the same formulas an analyst would write on the back of the deck, run at your scale and versioned every time an input moves. Here it is, live. Drag anything.

CAC ÷ (ARPA × GM%)Within bandBands are the common seed-stage reference points — 18 months of runway, 3× LTV to CAC, payback inside a year. Inside Ventrr they are replaced by benchmarks for your actual sector, and every assumption behind them is tiered green, yellow or red so you know which one an investor will push on first.
The Chain of Evidence
The fastest way to lose a room is one sentence you can’t back. So Ventrr doesn’t ask the model to be careful — it removes the option. Anything that can’t be traced to a source never makes it into the file in the first place.
Your narrative is broken into discrete, checkable statements. A paragraph that sounds confident becomes four assertions that each have to stand on their own.
Claims are retrieved against your intake and the indexed corpus by vector search. A claim either lands on something real or it lands on nothing.
Grounded claims keep the source ID they matched. Ungrounded ones are removed server-side — before they can reach your narrative, your deck, or the room.
Kept · carries its sources
Our wedge is teams already paying for two tools that don’t talk to each other.
Dropped · no source matched
The market is enormous and growing incredibly fast.
The Method
Four stages are pure computation and never touch a model. Six are agent work — queued, cached and graded. They sit on two different shells because they carry two different kinds of certainty, and you should always know which one a number came from.
DeterministicNo model in the loop
The spine of the file. Every stage, its state, and what has to land before the next one can start.
Hover or tab a node to read its stage — the orbit holds still while you do.
Then the file becomes
The story, assembled from claims that survived — each one still carrying its source ID.
Three personas run at your file before three real ones run at you.
One number, and a ranked list of what to fix to move it.
PDF and DOCX, versioned, so the file you send is the file you can defend.
The Verdict
Three investor personas run at your file before three real ones run at you. What comes back is a fundability score and a ranked set of recommendations — not a grade, a work order.
This number doesn’t exist yet. It can’t — not until there’s a file behind it. Every score on this platform is derived from your own inputs and the evidence attached to them, which is the only kind worth showing an investor.
Attacks the premise before the plan. Wants to know why this is a company and not a feature, and why now rather than three years ago.
Presses on: market logic, wedge, timing
Ignores the story and reads the model. Traces each figure to the assumption underneath it and asks what happens when that assumption is wrong.
Presses on: derivations, dependencies, defensibility
Believes the idea and doubts the engine. Wants proof the channel repeats, that payback holds at ten times the spend, and that churn isn't hiding growth.
Presses on: CAC payback, retention, channel repeatability
Build the file once. Let it be questioned by three investors who aren’t in the room yet, and fix what they find while fixing is still cheap.
